The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests and there is contactless entry. I live nearby and am quick to respond to renters needs.
The neighbourhood is attractive and very walkable. There are many amenities but best of all it is close to Lakeside Park, the beach and marinas. Rowers will be pleased how close it is to Henley Island. There are pubs, a brewery and restaurants within walking distance. There are two bus routes that service Port Dalhousie.
There is easy access to downtown St. Catharines. Steps from the Lake Ontario vistas and a short walk into town to Lakeside Park, beaches, shops, restaurants and marinas. Not far from the wine route, Jordan Village, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake and Outlet Malls. Short trip to the US/Canada border. 1-1.5 hrs to Toronto. Close to Brock University & Niagara College.
